Get Started in 3 Easy Steps!

Step 1: Call Toast Customer Care

Ask them to “enable automated nightly Data Exports” for your restaurant. 

(Approx. 10 minutes. Toast's number is on your account.)

Step 2: Grant permission to download the data

Make sure your account (or your manager's) has the “Data Export Config” permission turned on in Toast. Enable "Product Mix Report". 

(Approx. 2 minutes.)

Step 3: Paste in a short block of text (a "key") we send you.

In Toast Web, go to Reports › Settings › SSH Keys, click Add New Key, paste it in, and save. That's the part that lets us read the reports.

(Approx. 3 minutes. From the same screen, share 2 pieces of information with us 1. SFTP username 2. Server URL
